Weight Loss

  • TransforME Foods is considered a healthy gourmet food delivery service.  We do not guarantee weight loss.  Weight loss will vary for       each client based on their individual weight, metabolism, age, activity level, and commitment to their physician guided diet plan.

  • TransforME Foods does not provide weight loss management or advice.  TransforME Foods is not a medical organization and our staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis.  Nothing contained on our Website, in printed materials, social media outlets, or telecommunications with staff should be construed as such advice or diagnosis.

  • TransforME Foods products are not offered or intended to treat, mitigate or cure any type of disease, sickness or weight problem and should not be sued as a substitute for sound medical advice. 

  • You are urged and advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any weight loss effort or regimen.  You should discuss your continued use of TransforME Foods products with your physician and keep your physician informed of any changes in your physician condition while using TransforME Foods products.

  • All products sold by TransforME Foods and our Website and social media outlets are intended for use by healthy adult individuals only.  TransforME Foods is not intended for use by minors, pregnant women, or individuals with any type of health condition.

  • TransforME Foods shall not be responsible or liable under any circumstances for any illness or health problem that may result from the consumption of its prepared foods, meals or other products produced and distributed by the company.  

  • Consuming undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of food borne illness.

Pricing Policy

  • We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information.  If a mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.  All prices listed on the site are in U.S. dollars.

Payment

  • TransforME Foods currently accepts payment via PayPal and STRIPE credit card processing.  Payment for products ordered will be processed at the time of placing such order.  You agree to pay promptly all charges to your account (which includes items purchased and applicable taxes) for any order placed by you.  For your order to be accepted, your method of payment shall be validated and must have enough available funds required for the transaction.  Upon approval the orders will be accepted for preparation and delivery and/or pick up.

  • Other forms of payment may be accepted for a short time.  If you are paying by check, a $50 return check fee will be billed to you for each returned check.  If you pay in cash, a receipt will be sent to you via email for your records.

  • TransforME Foods does not maintain credit card information on our website or via email.

Allergens

  • If you have a life-threatening allergy please refrain from ordering any TransforME Foods products.

  • TransforME Foods products are produced in a facility that also handles eggs, seafood, gluten, daily, soy, shellfish, nuts or tree nuts.

  • TransforME Foods, LLC offers some products with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, and wheat in our Live Healthy Maintenance meals.  While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consumer for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.

Weekly Order Deadlines

  • Meals are hand prepared to order and delivered fresh once a week.  TransforME Foods has a weekly order deadline for the meal plan you are ordering:  Super Clean order by Friday at 6 PM CST, Live Healthy Meals on order by Monday at 12 PM CST (the “Weekly Order Deadline”).  These weekly order deadlines apply to all orders, phase changes, delivery stops, and cancellations.

  • We are not able to accept ANY cancellations of your delivery or pick up order after the Weekly Order Deadline.
Tuesday Deliveries - Super Clean


To make any changes to a Tuesday delivery/pick up, contact us no later than Sunday by 6 PM CST proceeding delivery/pick up day.

Thursday Deliveries - Live Healthy

To make any changes to a Thursday delivery/pick up, contact us no later than Monday 12 PM CST proceeding delivery/pick up day.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to customerservice@transformefoods.com and time stamped prior to the Weekly Order Deadline in order to be accepted.  A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you within one business day of your request.

  • Cancellation requests will only be accommodated when submitted within our Weekly Order Deadlines.  Any cancellation or order change requests made after the Weekly Order Deadline will not be accommodated.

  • We cannot accommodate any cancellations or order change requests after your meals have been made, in transit for delivery, or after delivery/ pick up.  Any refusal of deliveries after products leave TransforME Foods will be at your sole risk and expense.

Delivery and Pick Up Policy

  • TransforME Foods offers a delivery option to customers in the surrounding area of our Plano, Texas location.  Our products, as fresh or fresh-frozen, are perishable and require refrigeration no later than the night of receipt.

  • Please not our delivery driver will leave your package at your door if you are not home.  TransforME Foods may not be held liable for food that is stolen, lost, or not arriving on time.  We will only replace items if it is our fault.

  • TransforME Foods assumes no liability for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Changes to This Agreement and Waivers

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TransforME Foods.  Neither party shall be bound by any conditions, definitions, warranties or representations with respect to any other terms or conditions except as expressly provided in these written Terms.

  • We may occasionally change these Terms, and any such modifications will be come effective once they are posted to the site.  Each time you place an order, you affirm your acceptance of the then-current Terms.  It is your sole responsibility to check the TransforME Foods site from time to time to view any such changes to the Terms.

  • Your continued use of the site and our services after any modifications to the Terms will indicated that you accept and agree to the modified Terms.  These modifications will be effective immediately for new users of our site, products and/or services and for all meals purchased after the effective date of the modification.  Any change or waiver of TransforME Foods’ rights here under shall not be valid or effective unless in a written agreement bearing the physical signature of an officer of TransforME Foods.  No purported waiver or modification of this Agreement by TransforME Foods via telephonic or email communication shall be valid.
