Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a storefront where I can come and pick out my meals?
We do have a storefront you can visit Monday-Friday from 9:00-4:00 pm located in Allen, Texas at 2035 W. McDermott Drive, Suite 415. However, we still customize every order and cook only what is pre-ordered. We don't want your meals held in a cooler case for others to pick through. We cook exactly what you order, every meal is made especially for you.
Do I have to order a minimum number of meals?
For Delivery services a minimum of $40 is required. For Free Kitchen Pick-Up there is no minimum order requirement.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, we invite you to order meals based on your needs and schedule. There are no weekly order contracts or long-term commitments.
How long do meals last?
Meals will remain fresh in your refrigerator for seven days, five days for seafood. Most menu items can be safely frozen with minimal quality loss for up to six month. Each package contains an enjoy/freeze by date.
Can I store my meals in the freezer?
Some items can be safely frozen. However, for the best quality, we recommend enjoying your meals fresh.
What is the best way to heat my meals?
Vent the lid and heat in 30-second intervals until hot. Beware of overheating. We do suggest warming the fish entrees in the oven at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes to have best flavor and taste.
What if I live outside Collin or Dallas Counties, am I out of luck?

Please email us for specific sodium, carbohydrates, sugars, and fat information for specific dishes. We will be happy to provide you with nutrition facts for any of our meals. We want you to be successful in your healthy lifestyle or weight loss goals. We will work with you to meet guidelines if necessary.
Do your meals work for the HCG diet? What is the HCG diet? Do you sell HCG?
Yes - our Super Clean Menu meets the VLCD requirements for most physician directed HCG protocols.
HCG stands for human chorionic gonadotropin and is a natural substance produced in large amounts in the human body during pregnancy. During the HCG diet, dieters are instructed to take the prescribed HCG in combination with a precise very low calorie diet (VLCD). Once the HCG is active in the dieter’s body, its release of long-stored fat provides the body with the calories it needs to burn to get through a day. TransforME Foods offers meals that follow a modified HCG diet protocol.
We do NOT sell or promote any HCG products on our website or through the business. We work strictly with patients who are on physician supervised HCG diets.
